Hi, I’m Steph, mum of two beautiful boys and wife to my loving, supportive husband, Josh. We live in the Illawarra region of NSW. Like many parents, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when faced with endless options and opinions about what our children really need.

That’s why I created The Practical Mumma! A one-stop shop filled with carefully chosen, tried-and-tested products that actually make family life easier. Every item you’ll find here has been hand selected and tested by my own family before making its way to the store. If it doesn’t meet the needs of real parents and kids, it doesn’t make the cut!
